I work with and understand trauma. I'm a survivor of acute childhood trauma and live with depression, anxiety, and C-PTSD. I choose to take psych meds and have been in talk therapy for about fifteen years. I don’t think any of those things invalidate me as a spiritual practitioner. Some people do and I’m okay with that.

The truth is that I’ve been able to overcome a lot of my experiences, and I want to help you trust yourself to do the same. And, I believe deeply that spiritual ability and mental health are connected. I’m just over here learning as much as I possibly can about the connections between family, spiritual ability, and trauma in the lifetime. People stuck in any of these areas— and particularly in the ways these areas intersect— tend to find me.

I sought out Chrissy's help because she is so practiced in trauma. (And I like that she's unafraid to throw down the hardcore truth... the last thing I need is someone blowing sunshine up my ass.) I got to dip my toe in this psychic pool by submitting a question for her Ask a Psychic series, which she replied to. After hearing her response, I booked an appointment with her for two days later. I was just like, Shoot, alright, let's get this show on the road. She identified timelines and events in my life dead on, and was able to put more direct language on things I haven't totally been able to (and I'm a writer and have basically obsessed on "how I feel" and where to put it). I believe that kind of precision context will help me better move through the (LONG) healing process. Chrissy was also incredibly warm and kind and really takes her time to explain things. Chrissy has a way of telling you about yourself like she was your best friend. I’m usually suspicious of psychics because there are so few who are genuine but Chrissy is the real deal.
